For the eighteenth time the Ernst-Jeger-Society EJG e.V. Berlin awards a travel-scholarship for further education in European and/or north-american clinics.

Only experienced colleagues, solely working in the field of vascular disease (internal medicine/angiology, vascular surgery, radiology), who are not in a leading position, can apply for this scholarship.

If you have taken part in a comparable excursion, you are not allowed to apply.

A personel review by the supervisor is requested.

The price value of the earmarked scholarship is 5.000,00 EUR.

The award ceremony will take place in the opening session of the 26th Berlin symposium of vascular surgery.

The scholarship is donated for 2011/12.

After the return from the travel the scholar is to file a written report within three months and moreover the scholar will have to give a statement in the 27th Berlin Symposium of Vascular Surgery 2012.
